I did review your vita. It is very impressive. If I were the school board, I would hire you. Good Luck in this course and hope you add the superintendent area in your certification.
ReplyDeleteThis vita presents a well-reounded background. Good wording in the bulleted experience. Have you considered being more specific on improvement data, similar to your citation of retention rate dropping to .o5%?

ReplyDeleteExcellent consistency in your use of action verbs. Your vita is substantial and impressive. Your length of service in your positions lends itself to significant accomplishment listings.
A point to consider --- I feel reasonably certain that your staff development offerings to your faculty are more substantial than what is shown. This is not the place to be modest. If you have spoken to them in a group setting, i.e., meeting, etc., list it. Even if it was a short presentation. Some examples might include classroom management, professionalism, differentiation, appropriate relationships, use of social media, etc.
Great job...just don't undersell yourself.
